RETURNS
You can return an item within 15 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customized items cannot be returned.
Defective or wrong items are always covered, including customized ones. Contact us within 15 days with photos and we will replace the item or refund you.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or wrong items, which we cover.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
